Content AI
Content AI generates social media posts, email copy, blog articles, website headlines, and custom images with platform-specific optimization and brand voice settings. Instead of starting from blank pages, describe what you need, set tone preferences, and receive drafts you can refine and publish. Integrated across Social Planner, Email Builder, Funnel and Website Builder, and Blogs, Content AI eliminates writer’s block and maintains consistency across all content-driven workflows.
What Content AI Does
Content AI generates text and images optimized for specific platforms and use cases. In Social Planner, guided questions adapt based on your chosen network (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok) and content type (Post, Reel, Story), ensuring you provide only relevant details for each channel. The AI produces platform-specific output: conversational mid-length posts for Facebook, visually oriented captions with hashtags for Instagram, professional thought-leadership content for LinkedIn, local search-optimized announcements for Google Business Profile, and short punchy captions for TikTok.
Email content generation: In the Email Builder, Content AI generates subject lines optimized for open rates, drafts full email body copy, suggests call-to-action button text, and adjusts tone (formal, casual, urgent, friendly) to match campaign context. Access the tool from the email editor toolbar by describing what you need and selecting your tone.
Website and funnel copy: The Funnel and Website Builder integration generates headlines and subheadlines for landing pages, writes section copy for features lists and pricing explanations, produces action-oriented button text, and creates SEO meta descriptions based on page content. Highlight existing text to rewrite it, or invoke the AI in empty blocks to draft from scratch.
Blog article creation: The blog editor supports outline generation, full article drafts, paragraph expansion from bullet points, and natural SEO keyword integration. Navigate to Marketing > Blogs, open the blog editor, and use the Content AI option in the text toolbar.
AI image generation: Generate custom images directly in Social Planner without external design tools. Describe the scene in natural language (e.g., “cozy coffee shop interior with warm lighting and laptop on wooden table”), choose 1 to 5 variations, and select a style (Photography, Digital Art, Fine Art, 3D Model, Sketch, Watercolor, Pastel Art, Vector, Poster, Colorful, Color Pencils, Dreamlike, Film). The AI produces royalty-free images sized for social media in seconds.
Key Configuration Options
Brand Voice settings: Navigate to Settings > Brand Voice to configure your business name, industry, brand tone (professional, friendly, authoritative, playful), and style guidelines (preferred vocabulary, phrases to avoid, messaging pillars). These settings auto-populate in every Content AI session, ensuring consistent on-brand output. Override defaults on a per-generation basis without changing saved settings.
Account and user permissions: Agency admins must enable Content AI at the agency level (Agency Settings > AI), then toggle it on for each sub-account under sub-account settings. User-level permissions are granted under Settings > My Staff by confirming the Content AI checkbox is enabled.
Rebilling configuration: Agencies on the $497 plan can rebill Content AI usage to clients at a markup. Configure rebilling under Agency Settings > Rebilling to pass usage costs through to sub-accounts automatically.
Content history tracking: Access Automation > Content AI to view a full record of all generated text and images. Filter by content type (social posts, emails, blog articles, images), reuse past generations, and monitor usage to manage costs and understand which teams or campaigns use the tool most heavily.
Power Features
Platform-adaptive guided questions: Social Planner’s Content AI presents different mandatory and optional fields based on platform and content type. Instagram Reel questions differ from LinkedIn text post questions, reducing clutter and producing more targeted results. Answer both mandatory and optional fields for maximum relevance.
AI image generation with style presets: Generate 1 to 5 image variations per request, each interpreting your description differently. Experiment with styles to discover which aesthetic works best for your brand. Describe scenes realistically, avoid promotional language like “discount” or “sale,” skip symbols like ”$” and ”%,” and be specific about color scheme, lighting, and composition.
Multi-variation generation: Request multiple variations of any text or image generation. Compare results and pick the strongest, or combine elements from each. This approach improves output quality by giving you choices rather than a single draft.
Cross-platform integration: Content AI is available in Social Planner, Email Builder, Funnel/Website Builder, and Blog editor. Every piece of generated content logs to Automation > Content AI for reference and reuse across campaigns.
Pro Tips
- Configure Brand Voice before your first generation to save editing time on every piece of content. Settings persist across sessions and auto-fill brand details each time you generate.
- Answer optional guided questions fully when generating social posts. The more context you provide, the more relevant and targeted the output.
- Generate multiple variations and compare them rather than accepting the first draft. Small changes to prompts often produce dramatically better results.
- Describe images realistically instead of using promotional language. Write “stylish running shoes next to gym bag on hardwood floor” instead of “20% discount on shoes.”
- Batch generate content by creating a week’s worth of social posts in one session, then scheduling them across the calendar. This saves significant time compared to one-off generation.
Common Questions
What areas of the platform support Content AI?
Content AI is available inside Social Planner, Email Builder, Funnel and Website Builder, and the Blog editor. Each integration point offers context-specific generation capabilities tailored to the content type.
Do I need to enable Content AI separately for each sub-account?
Yes. An agency admin must first enable Content AI at the agency level (Agency Settings > AI), then toggle it on for each sub-account that needs access. User-level permissions must also be granted under Settings > My Staff.
Will the AI remember my brand preferences between sessions?
Yes. Once you configure Brand Voice settings (Settings > Brand Voice), they persist across all future Content AI sessions. The AI auto-fills your brand details each time you generate content. You can override these on a per-generation basis without changing the saved defaults.
How many image variations can I generate at once?
You can generate between 1 and 5 image variations per request. Each variation interprets your description slightly differently, giving you options to choose from.
Can I rebill Content AI costs to my clients?
Yes. Agencies on the $497 plan can configure rebilling under Agency Settings > Rebilling to pass Content AI usage costs to sub-accounts at a marked-up rate.
